This American style India Pale Ale is all about hops, we add them to the kettle early and late (repeatedly and often!) and then add some more to the fermenter.

Our selected blend of hops contribute earthy, citrus and stone fruit flavours upfront with a bold bitter finish balanced by a select blend of crystal malts.
